I'm excited to share my latest flow to 'My Way' by KATSEYE.

This song carries a powerful message about walking your own path, embracing who you are, and finding strength in your journey - something I believe many of us, can deeply relate to.

This flow was created with inspiration from my son's own experience as a trainee. It touched me so much that I wanted to express it through movement.

Special thanks to Senior Teacher Nicki Vellick for her kind guidance and support in shaping this flow - I truly appreciate it.

Please feel free to teach this flow and share it. I hope it resonates with everyone as much as it did with me.
